We are pleased to announce that Charles Sorensen, MD will be our guest speaker at our club meeting on Thursday, October 22nd at 6:00 pm at the Alta Club.Dr. Sorensen is a physician and former President and CEO of Intermountain Healthcare, where he played an important role in the development and leadership of one of the nation’s highly regarded healthcare organizations. He later served as Executive Director of Intermountain’s National Leadership Institute, where he focused on helping develop the next generation of leaders.
Dr. Sorensen brings a fascinating combination of medical experience and leadership perspective. His career has given him a front-row seat to the changes and challenges facing healthcare, as well as to the broader questions of how organizations succeed, how leaders make difficult decisions, and how good people can work together to accomplish important things.
