Dean Kurt Dirks is a distinguished scholar and academic leader with a remarkable record of research and service. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and previously served as Vice Chancellor and Interim Dean at Washington University in St. Louis, where he played a key role in elevating the Olin Business School’s national and global profile. An internationally recognized expert on leadership and trust in organizations, Dean Dirks has advised Fortune 500 companies and published extensively in leading academic journals. We’re delighted to have him share his vision for the future of the Eccles School.
