It is our distinct honor to have Mr. Roger H. Thompson as our speaker, who will present the topic, “Rise like Phoenix — a True Story of How a Disaster Turned Into an Opportunity.”
A Salt Lake City native, Roger graduated from Yale University in 1964 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1967. As co-owner, executive vice president, and general counsel of TM Equities Inc., he oversees a portfolio of approximately 5,000 apartment units across five states. Beyond his professional achievements, Roger has served as Vice President of the Salt Lake City Board of Education and as a member of the Salt Lake City Council. He and his late wife, Colleen, raised seven children and are proud grandparents of 30 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In 2021, Roger married Mary Ann Gilmore Creer, and together they continue to engage in community and charitable activities.
